Subprocessor Policy

Eptura and its subsidiaries may engage data processors with access to certain Customer Personal Data in order to provide the Services (“Subprocessors”). Processing of personal data by Subprocessors listed on this page will continue for the duration that the Customer uses the applicable service(s), or for the retention period otherwise provided in Customer’s agreement with Eptura.

Terms used on this page but not defined herein have the meanings attributable to such terms in the applicable Customer agreement or Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).

Third-Party Technology and Infrastructure Providers

The following Subprocessors provide technologies and infrastructure services necessary to operate and deliver Eptura’s Services. If applicable to your service or product selection, the Subprocessors identified below may process, store, or otherwise access Customer Data while providing the service defined in the description of processing.

Customer Enabled AI Subprocessors

Pursuant to applicable agreement(s), Eptura may from time to time make available to certain customers additional Subprocessors to provide optional customer enabled artificial intelligence and machine learning services (“Customer Enabled AI Model(s)”). These services may include advanced AI models, upgraded Eptura AI features, and enhanced capabilities that are activated upon Customer request and/or otherwise when a Customer explicitly enables it in the administrative console.

Ancillary Support and Operations Subprocessors

The following subprocessors provide ancillary services to help support, operate, and maintain the Eptura’s Services. In such cases, the subprocessor(s) identified may process, store, or otherwise access Customer Data while providing their ancillary services. Subprocessors identified with an asterisk (*) are optional and not required to leverage the services.

Third-Party Companies Providing Contract Staff

The following organizations provide contract staff who work in close coordination with Eptura to operate, deliver and maintain the Services. The staff of these organizations may process Customer Data. Access provided to the staff of these organizations is provisioned using the principle of least privilege, and data only resides on Eptura-managed and monitored systems. In addition, all access is subject to Eptura policies. Subprocessors identified with an asterisk (*) do not generally interact with systems containing customer PII but may come in contact with Customer Data during the course of performing defined job duties.

Eptura Group Companies

Eptura’s affiliates and subsidiaries (“Eptura Group Companies”) may process, store or otherwise access certain Customer information or personal data provided by the Customer in order to support and/or improve Eptura’s Services. The following entities are members of Eptura Group Companies.
