Most recently, he was Chief Operations Officer at infrastructure monitoring firm LogicMonitor where he was responsible for post-sales operations and overall customer satisfaction. He previously held senior corporate development and revenue operations roles at Dell and cybersecurity firm Forcepoint. Brandon has a deep understanding of the facility and asset sectors, having served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Accruent, and is an alumnus of West Point Military Academy and Harvard Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
Tara Baker has more than 25 years of experience leading metrics-focused teams in best-in-class business processes. After starting her career as an auditor at KPMG, she delivered operational excellence as a financial leader and consultant in the insurance and technology industries. Most recently, Tara spent 14 years driving transformational change at cybersecurity firm Forcepoint through various roles, including Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Strategic Operations and Business Transformations, and Chief of Staff.
Chief Revenue Officer
With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Jeff Longoria is known for achieving aggressive growth targets, building scalable business processes and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. In his current role, Jeff is responsible for executing global revenue strategy and driving growth across sales, sales engineering, customer success, and sales operations. Prior to joining Eptura™, he served as CRO for Sparta, a Honeywell company, and held other executive positions including SVP of Sales at SecureWorks, a Dell Technologies company.
Chief Marketing Officer
With more than 20 years of technology marketing experience, Meg Swanson brings extensive SaaS marketing expertise to her role as Chief Marketing Officer. Meg has led high-performance teams across fintech, corporate real estate, built environment, security, and developer ecosystems. She is passionate about building multi-digit growth by letting the voice of the customer lead the way. Her notable achievements include building strong brand equity and award-winning success in marketing leadership and CMO roles at IBM, Steelcase, AffiniPay, Accruent, and Internet Security Systems. At Eptura™, Meg runs brand, demand generation, partner collaboration, customer marketing, and digital strategy.
Chief Technical Officer
With over 30 years’ experience in the technology field, Gary Reinersman has vast experience delivering B2B and SaaS products, as well as cloud operations and quality. Prior to joining iOffice + SpaceIQ he served as CTO at Cloud9 Software, leading engineering, IT, and product management in delivering practice management software for the specialty dentistry area. Previously as CTO at Relias Learning, Gary was part of the leadership team that grew the business 10x in 7.5 years, including 14 acquisitions.

Dan DeRosa has more than 30 years of product management experience with technology software companies such as BeyondTrust, SecureWorks, ADP, Sage Software, and AT&T. Throughout his career, Dan has applied a balanced approach of strategic, big-picture thinking with practical execution to achieve substantial growth with highly complex product portfolios. He has an extensive history of building product teams to deliver offerings that provide customers with unique value and his companies with a sustainable competitive advantage.
Chief People Officer
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources at high-growth technology firms, Carol Howard is known for fostering great company cultures. Most recently, Carol was Chief People Officer at Abrigo, a compliance, credit risk, and lending software company. She has also held HR leadership roles at Spredfast (now Khoros), CompassLearning (now Edgenuity Inc.), Lombardi Software (an IBM company), and Abbott Spine (now Zimmer). She is an alumna of Texas State University and earned her MBA and master’s in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward’s University.

For 30 years, Carla Nichols has led customer-focused global teams to deliver value by providing consistent experiences across onboarding, customer success, professional services, support, and training. She started in management consulting to help Fortune 500 clients transform and scale customer-facing operations. She has also run global service and support for high-tech SaaS start-ups including Keap, PatientPop (merged with Kareo), and Smarsh (acquired by K1).
Chief Information Security Officer
James Carder brings more than 25 years of corporate IT security and consulting for the Fortune 1000 and U.S. Government. Prior to joining Eptura™, James served as Chief Security Officer and VP of LogRhythm Labs where he built the program into a world class security organization. James is a sought-after and frequent speaker at cybersecurity events and is a noted author of several cybersecurity publications. He is an Advisory Board member for the University of Colorado Denver, PlexTrac, TruKno, Coalfire, Circle Systems, Resurface Labs, Cyber Sainik, and the Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA); a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); former ICIT Fellow; and a member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Lynda is a product and marketing specialist with over 20 years’ experience. Marketing the workplace industry for over 20 years, driving go-to market strategies, new business growth and evolving the brand worldwide. Her experience across both marketing and sales gives her a deep understanding of the market and client’s needs, enabling her to develop powerful, effective marketing strategies.
EVP Product Strategy & Workplace Experience
As one of the founding team members, Peter was instrumental in designing and launching the first generation of Condeco. Between 2006 and 2012 he worked at Flow Interactive, a pioneering London design agency, and Morgan Stanley, designing user-centered online experiences and software tools. Peter re-joined Eptura™ in 2012 to lead the product design team across Eptura's™ software and hardware solutions. Peter re-joined the company in 2012 to lead the product design team.
Paul is highly experienced in building and managing teams that have engineered systems across multiple sectors for businesses of all sizes, Paul has extensive knowledge of software as a service focusing on data to drive platform, product, and team development, and deliver actionable insights to customers using best in class technologies.
