Brandon Holden, Eptura’s Chief Executive Officer 

A seasoned software industry executive with over 20 years of experience, Brandon has focused his career on building collaborative, high-performing teams that can deliver world-class customer experiences. Most recently, he served as Chief Operations Officer at infrastructure monitoring firm LogicMonitor, where he was responsible for post-sales operations and overall customer satisfaction. He has also held senior corporate development and revenue operations roles at Dell and the cybersecurity firm Forcepoint. Brandon has a deep understanding of the facility and asset sectors and was the Executive Vice President of Operations at Accruent. 

He is an alumnus of West Point Military Academy and Harvard Business School. 

Meg Swanson, Eptura’s Chief Marketing Officer 

Over more than 20 years in technology marketing, Meg has created strong brand equity and award-winning success in marketing leadership roles at IBM, Steelcase, AffiniPay, Accruent, and Internet Security Systems. She has led high-performance teams across fintech, developer ecosystems, corporate real estate, security, and the built environment. At Eptura, Meg runs brand, demand generation, customer marketing, digital strategy, and partner collaboration. 

Meg is passionate about building growth by letting the voice of the customer lead the way. 

Fabrice Martin, Eptura’s Chief Product Officer 

With over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, product management, marketing, public speaking, and enterprise software sales, Fabrice holds domain expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, software as a service, data visualization and discovery, business intelligence, experience management, and analytics for marketing and contact center operations. He has previously held leadership positions at MicroStrategy, Verint, Clarabridge, and Qualtrics.

James Carder, Eptura’s Chief Information Security Officer 

With a career spanning more than 25 years of corporate IT security and consulting, James has worked for everyone from the Fortune 1000 to the US Government. Prior to joining Eptura, James served as Chief Security Officer and VP of LogRhythm Labs where he built the program into a world class security organization.  

He is an Advisory Board member for the University of Colorado Denver, PlexTrac, TruKno, Coalfire, Circle Systems, Resurface Labs, Cyber Sainik, and the Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA); a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); former ICIT Fellow; and a member of the Forbes Technology Council. 

James is a highly sought-after and frequent speaker at cybersecurity events and the author of several cybersecurity publications. 

Annalisa Recio, Eptura’s Vice President of User Experience 

After more than 15 years in the software as a service space, Annalisa has developed a wide range of expertise in design leadership, user-centric design, information architecture, and product innovation. Before coming to Eptura, she worked at five Fortune 100 companies, including IBM and HP. 

Her work at Eptura is informed by a desire to “infuse the culture” by promoting creative design thinking to improve the user experience.   

Robert Bray, VP & General Manager at Autodesk Tandem

With over 27 years at Autodesk, Robert has extensive experience developing new products and markets, managing distributed development teams, running successful projects, and evangelizing products and technology – both internally and externally. His areas of expertise include cloud computing, big data, software development, and product management. 

He has a proven track record of bridging technical strategy with business strategy and building strong relationships with external partners and customers.
