John shares how he works to facilitate and communicate the mission at his company with a belief that mentoring and training using face-to-face interaction is essential. Understanding our human “DNA” and that people need a sense of place at this stage of the company’s growth, John talks of the value of being together in a new corporate headquarters is essential to their success.
