  • Does Eptura Engage integrate with third party catering providers?

    Yes. Eptura Engage supports vendor management, including catering, AV, room setup, and other services. Service providers’ details can be added to the system, and when users make room bookings, they can request these services. Front-of-house or vendor teams can manage and fulfil them through a dedicated vendor dashboard. 

  • How does Eptura Engage ensure rooms are ready between meetings?

    Administrators can set buffer periods, called set-up and clean-down times, for meeting spaces in Eptura Engage. These times are automatically applied to bookings, reserving the room before and after each meeting so teams have dedicated time for preparation of catering, equipment, supplies, and reset. This ensures every space is ready for your next meeting.

  • Does Eptura Engage support visitor management?

    Eptura Engage and Eptura Visitor work together as part of Eptura’s unified platform, enabling organizations to manage visitor preregistration alongside employee workflows. Calendar invitations can be extended to visitors, triggering an automated pre-registration workflow, including the ability to e-sign NDAs, upload ID and answer custom questions. Visitors can receive Wi-Fi credentials, and hosts are automatically notified on their arrival. All check-ins are tracked in a digital logbook for real-time visibility and helping manage building security and safety.
