A seasoned software industry executive with over 20 years of experience, Brandon Holden has focused his career on delivering world-class customer experiences by building collaborative, high-performing teams. Most recently, he was Chief Operations Officer at infrastructure monitoring firm LogicMonitor where he was responsible for post-sales operations and overall customer satisfaction. He previously held senior corporate development and revenue operations roles at Dell and cybersecurity firm Forcepoint. Brandon has a deep understanding of the facility and asset sectors, having served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Accruent, and is an alumnus of West Point Military Academy and Harvard Business School.
Kathie Jones
Chief Financial Officer
Kathie Jones is an experienced CFO with a proven track record of leading global financial, legal, and operational organizations. With over 30 years of expertise, she excels in driving operational excellence, overseeing revenue operations, financial planning, and analysis, and managing various business functions. Kathie's extensive experience in M&A deals and building strong relationships with lenders and boards has contributed to her success. She has worked across both public and private equity backed organizations including Dell, TD Bank, Kemet Electronics, Frog Design and Khoros. In her spare time, Kathie is a dedicated mentor with the Ceresa organization, supporting the development of future leaders.
Sean Kearns
Chief Revenue Officer
With 25+ years of tech sales experience, Sean Kearns excels in building enterprise sales teams and driving revenue growth. He led sales operations at Nintex Inc., a global process intelligence and automation software company, and UiPath, a leading RPA provider. At UiPath, he played a key role in their successful IPO and record growth. Sean's 10-year leadership at SAP included positioning core ERP and cloud-based SaaS solutions. Prior to SAP, Kearns spent 15 years in the telecommunications industry and in high growth software companies in leadership positions. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science & English and an MBA from Case Western University.
Virginia Miracle
Chief Customer Officer
Virginia Miracle, a four-time Chief Customer Officer, has demonstrated exceptional leadership in customer success across notable companies. Before her current role at Eptura, she served as CCO at Showpad, Upland Software, and Khoros, where her strategic direction during periods of significant growth led to an acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2018. Her earlier career includes leading North American social media consulting at Ogilvy & Mather and roles at Brains on Fire and Trilogy Software. Virginia holds a BA in English from Princeton University and is an active contributor to community leadership, including board positions at Ballet Austin and Generation SERVE.
Meg Swanson

With more than 20 years of technology market experience, Meg Swanson brings extensive built environment expertise to her role as Chief Market Officer. Meg has led positioning and product strategy within corporate real estate, asset management, security and developer ecosystems. She is passionate about building multi-digit growth by letting the voice of the customer lead the way. Her global experience includes leadership roles at IBM, Accruent and Steelcase. At Eptura™, Meg leads strategy for product, marketing and user experience.

Paul is highly experienced in building and managing teams that have engineered systems across multiple sectors for businesses of all sizes, Paul has extensive knowledge of software as a service focusing on data to drive platform, product, and team development, and deliver actionable insights to customers using best in class technologies.
Carol Howard
Chief People Officer
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources at high-growth technology firms, Carol Howard is known for fostering great company cultures. Most recently, Carol was Chief People Officer at Abrigo, a compliance, credit risk, and lending software company. She has also held HR leadership roles at Spredfast (now Khoros), CompassLearning (now Edgenuity Inc.), Lombardi Software (an IBM company), and Abbott Spine (now Zimmer). She is an alumna of Texas State University and earned her MBA and master’s in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward’s University.

Daniela Streng is an accomplished leader in Enterprise Tech, with a proven track record of driving maximum performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the SVP Sales International at Invicti Security, the world's leading provider of dynamic web application security solutions, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company's global presence and driving revenue growth. Prior to that, as the VP and GM of EMEA at LogicMonitor, Daniela successfully scaled the company's operations in the region, achieving remarkable sales growth. With an MBA from Regent's University London, she is known for her passion to lead large international sales teams to success.

David Marsh

David Marsh combines a robust background of engineering and training in his more than 25 years of technical solutions consulting experience. In his current role as SVP, Solutions Engineering, David leads Eptura’s presales organization to demonstrate compelling return on investment by applying a deep understanding of operational pain points to technical product expertise. David brings a demonstrated history of revenue growth from prior roles at Adobe Marketo and Cisco Systems, as well as facilities and real estate sector knowledge from his time at MRI Software.

Nuala previously served as Senior Director across multiple areas of responsibility at Forcepoint, including as Senior Director of Product, Strategic Program Management, Customer Success Operations, and Technical Support.

Craig Maroney is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in workplace and facilities management and real estate technology. As Vice President, APAC, Craig applies his domain expertise as a former Serraview customer to leading Sales in region and aligning with customer teams to accelerate growth. Previously, Craig designed, delivered, and operated some of Australia's most recognized workplaces through roles at Transurban, AGL Energy, Medibank, and National Australia Bank.

Ben Proctor is Eptura’s highly experienced Group General Counsel and leads the company’s legal function. Having spent a decade advising global enterprises and funds in the technology sector he works closely with all areas of the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling Eptura to grow as a global leader in workspace technology and deliver value to its customers. Ben champions a proactive legal approach, transforming legal teams into trusted advisors and business partners. His leadership is pivotal to maintaining the integrity and success of Eptura’s global operations. Ben is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
