Roscoe Hightower, Jr., Ph.D. is Centennial Eminent Scholar Chair and Professor of Marketing and Facility Management at the Florida A&M University School of Business and Industry where he is focused on supporting FM higher education, students studying FM and related fields, conducting research critical to the profession, and increasing awareness of FM and making FM a career of choice.
