Tania Luna is a psychology researcher, educator and author of the book “Lead Together: Stop Squirreling Away Power and Build a Better Team” in which she tells a story about the concepts of power, leadership, and the impact of shared decision–making in the workplace. Tania believes that leaders must clarify the “why” rather than
