Microdesk strives to educate about how workplace leaders can help integrate tech into workflows to get better results and Michael explains how BIM processes and the data available in these models can help leaders draw metrics and improve ROI. Mike and Michael discuss the importance of collaboration from the earliest stages of a project and how changing understanding and encouraging involvement with CRE, FM, and operations can improve efficiencies. Mike asks Michael for his thoughts on how tech tools like VR, AR, and AI are having a significant impact on the design process as well as in operations and maintenance.
